Position: Senior Cloud Architect

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the architecture design of the msxf’s cloud platform from Iaas to Paas layer. The resource layer built on top of Kubernetes, OpenStack and Bare-metal. Provide services like ECS, EBS, VPC, OSS, ECI, BMS, etc. Paas layer include the RDS, Kafka Service, Devops platform etc.
- Working on the solution of the cloud platform’s multi-site and cross DC high availability.
- Responsible for the on-premise application migration to cloud platform.

- Responsible for the development of the private cloud product which build on the OpenStack. Lead 12~15 people and designed and developed many compute virtualization related features, Such as DRS and HA. The product runs on a 1000+ machines cluster and supports the user business successfully.
- Lead the team from not familiar with OpenStack to familiar with OpenStack and can fix bug and develop new feature for OpenStack.
- Get extensive knowledge of the cloud technology. Own the compute virtualization area, including Nova, Heat, Keystone, Ceilometer. Familiar with Storage virtualization area (Cinder, Ceph) and Network virtualization area (Neutron).

Position: Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of the IBM Platform Resource Scheduler, which is an enhanced OpenStack Nova scheduler and provide similar function like VMware DRS.
- Design and developed the “CPU utilization-based scheduling” feature for PRS. Which will balance the cluster CPU load based on the host’s CPU utilization.

- Responsible for the development of a web desktop for the application virtualization system.
- Using jQuery to operate the DOM and implemented some features, such as the application add and remove on desktop, net disk file operations.
